Terms and Conditions


Conditions:

  • 1: 'The Landlord' cannot accept liability for death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss or any delay suffered by 'The Clients'; travel arrangements or during 'The Clients' stay.
  • 2: All passport, visa, health and insurance requirements are 'The Clients' responsibility. 'The Landlord' cannot accept responsibility for cancellation, alteration or amendment to; 'The Clients' scheduled period of occupancy, due to: war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather, technical problems, closure or congestion of airports, cancellations/changes by airlines, events beyond 'The Landlords' control, 'force majeure' or 'Acts of God'.
  • 3: Prior to occupancy 'The Client' may be required to provide a mutually agreed 'security deposit' to 'The Landlord'.
  • 4: During occupancy, 'The Client' is expected to assume all reasonable responsibility for the safety and security of the property and its contents. 'The Client' is responsible for the full cost of reparation regarding any damage or loss to the property and/or its contents where 'The Client' is culpable.
  • 5: 'The client' is expected to leave the apartment in a hygenic, clean and tidy condition.
  • 6: At the termination of the agreed rental period 'The Client' must vacate the apartment at the agreed time and promptly return the keys to 'The Landlord' or selected agent(s).
  • 7: Following termination of the rental period, it is expected that; 'The Client' should leave the property in similar state to that in which it was upon commencement of occupancy.
  • 8: Any additional cleaning costs incurred by 'The Landlord' will result in a deduction or the withholding of; any security deposit agreed at the time of booking.
  • 9: 'The Client' accepts that; wherever necessary, 'The Landlord' will seek to prosecute via civil or criminal Court; under - European Union, Itallian or British legal jurisdiction to recover financial losses, or to persue criminal matters resulting from the client's occupancy in the temporarily rented property.
